Annabel Clark: e-Commerce Executive
Annabel applied to Castore because of its rapid growth, strong values, and alignment with her personal interests in sport. Her experience was highly rewarding, offering rotations across e-Commerce teams, early responsibility, and extensive networking opportunities that built confidence and communication skills. This provided a solid foundation in e-Commerce and insight into how different departments contribute to the business. Tom Burton: Category Assistant
Tom applied for an internship at Castore to gain real-world experience in Product Development beyond university theory. During his time, he valued rotating across Product teams, which gave him a complete view of how products and merchandise progress from concept to being worn by players and fans. The internship lead to his first full-time role in sports product, helping him learn how to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
