An exciting role has been made available for a proven Team Head to join our team to manage and develop our Wholesale Business Operations team.
As Castore continues to develop our product range in line with some of the world’s leading athletes, you will be responsible for supporting our growing business by enhancing operational excellence through standardisation of processes, planning, analysis and tools.
As a key member of the Wholesale Team, you will assume the lead operational role in our relationship with our customers, whilst also leading cross functional work with internal colleagues across our Category Management, Finance, IT & Operations teams, helping drive the customer needs that will help us deliver against our ambitious growth plan.
•GTM Process Improvement - ensure continuous improvement in GTM processes and tools in conjunction with Category Management Team
•Training and Technology for the Sales Force - work with IT team to implement new technologies and tools for the team. Organise and execute training and support for new technologies
•Strategic Planning & Dedicated Strategic Account Analysis - facilitation of strategic planning & delivering excellence in terms of all commercial analysis required by each strategic account. Responsible for identifying sales opportunities with the account management team, using sell thru and orderbook data to make good quality proposals
•SLT and Sales Team Support - deliver sales reporting requirements (via ERP) at key points across the financial year including preparation of presentations and data for seasonal strategic meetings and budget reporting throughout the year
•Inventory Management - regular analysis to manage product life cycles, inventory, process and capitalise on successes/address any challenges where required
•Manage Wholesale Sales Support - effective management of Wholesale Sales Support. Deliver excellence in customer service, remaining competitive in service levels and efficiency, and proactive support of managing order books
Skills & Qualities Required
Skills and Experience:
•Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer facing operational role for a ‘forward order’ driven business
•Experience of managing and improving complex business process’ across internal functions, retail partners, brand partners, global distributors and agents
•Ability to work cross functionally liaising with peers across the business to drive efficiency and commercial gain
•Ability to engage SLT support to ensure improvement in all operational areas
•A passion for Sports with an understanding of our key categories; Training, Football, Golf, Tennis, Teamwear
•Working within strict deadlines and able to be adaptive to changes
•Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment
•Excellent planning and organisation skills
•Flexible approach and willingness to further learn & adapt in a fast pace growing business
•Outstanding Computer Literacy (Microsoft suite) Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI, Teams
