We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Castore team! You will be given the opportunity to be part of a hard-working team, working closely with premium product, customers and achieving daily targets. We want our customers to step into store and feel the Castore experience. It’s your job to inform all customers about our products and drive the force behind service and selling within our store.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store
• Acting as an ambassador for the Castore brand
• Always provide excellent customer service
• Advising and assisting customers
• Handling complaints and resolving any issues
• Conducting customer transactions
• Assisting with the overall visual expectations of the store
• Assisting with store deliveries
• Identify opportunities for up selling products and add-on sales

Hours & Pay:

8-16 Hours per week, (Pay is dependent on age)
